Ingredients

  • ounces (4 tablespoons) gin
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons Pour Richard’s 18 Cannons™ Prema
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • For the garnish: lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, Aperol, 18 Cannons™ Prema, and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Fill it halfway with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
  2. Double strain into a martini glass. If desired, garnish with a lemon peel.
