Spirit of 1737 Fiesta, is a tequila-based cold brew coffee liqueur whose story begins in Jalisco, Mexico with 100% agave wort. We further age this spirit in charred oak barrels and roast our hand-picked Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans to highlight chocolatey deliciousness. The result is a celebratory liqueur of sweet pineapple & cocoa, with hints of black pepper. Your taste buds may launch into a Hat Dance.
