Tequila Carajillo Cocktail Recipe

Tequila Carajillo

Featuring Pour Richard's 18 Cannons™ Amaro and Spirit of 1737® Fiesta coffee liqueur. This Tequila Carajillo can be described as a hybrid of an espresso martini and a traditional Mexican carajillo. The tequila overcomes the sweetness from the traditional recipe and yields a balanced cocktail.

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice halfway of tin
  3. Shake hard 25 seconds
  4. Double strain into a martini glass
  5. Topped off with grated nutmeg and three espresso beans
